Marc O'NEILL
After starting with LAFFITTE-BAIL (ROTHSCHILD Group), Marc O’Neill joined L’LIONE in 1983 and developed the Firm’s Rate Risk and Exchange Risk Consulting businesses, then started the Portfolio Management and Block Trading businesses. He has been involved in the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory activities since 1992.
Marc holds a Degree in Private Law.

Vincent DÉCHIN
Before joining L’LIONE, Vincent Déchin spent two years in the International Affairs and Correspondent Banking Department of BANQUE DE GESTION PRIVEE-SIB. He joined L’LIONE in late 1988, where he worked on Investments and Expansion Capital before joining the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory business in the late 1990’s.
Vincent is a graduate IEP Paris (French Institute of Political Studies) and holds Masters in Corporate and Tax Laws.

Hervé RIES
Hervé Ries spent four years with ARTHUR ANDERSEN (Audit) before taking on the position of Business Development Director of the SFGSE Group (a family-owned-and-run Construction Company). In 1994, he joined the Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Department of SIPAREX before joining L’LIONE’s in 1996.
Hervé is a graduate from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, (ESCP).

François CANIVET
François started as a Field Engineer for SCHLUMBERGER in Nigeria. He then worked as a Business Consultant with MARS & Co before moving to Venture and Development Capital at IDI in Paris. He is a Merger & Acquisition Adviser since 1993, first with SOCIETE GENERALE, then as an independent adviser and as a Founding Partner of TOULOUSE & ASSOCIÉS (now BANCA LEONARDO France). He joined L’LIONE & Associés in 2007 as a Managing Partner.
François graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and holds an MBA from INSEAD .

Vincent BEHR
Vincent joined L’LIONE & Associés in 1997 after a first experience in Project Financing with SOPHIA (AGF Group). He was promoted as Managing Partner in 2007.
Vincent holds Masters in Business Law and Management.
